Um. For those who are making comments concerning bands....isn't this top artists? An artist is one person so I don't think bands apply....plus I think there's another section for that...Although I am surprised that dir en grey is at the bottom. I mean, they're pretty mainstream. So much to the point they were on American MTV and Fuse. O_O

I agree with Supah_musicLove, but I can't stand Ai Otsuka, her music is way too cutesy. Come on, and whys DIR EN GREY at the FREAKING BOTTOM OF THE LIST? And who the hell is Yui? she seemed to weirdly just pop into existence.

BAH. Where is alice nine? the Gazette? Otsuka Ai? These are all very good artists, and personally, I don't think Ayumi Hamasaki is all that great a singer anyway. Her music sucks, in my opinion. Ayabie's good, and so is D'espairs Ray Kagrra, and Miyavi; where are they? DX

I can't belive Laruku isn't here... My favourite bands/musicians are: L'Arc~en~Ciel & Hyde alice nine. Ayabie the GazettE Miyavi kagrra, Vidoll Plastic Tree Nightmare Sakamoto Maaya and some more... Rock on.

utada hikaru i love her so much. She is the best jap-singer.

it's hard to choose, but then can't help but have some favorites... anyway, in my taste, any J-Pop artist is okay, i love them all.
