Orion and clouds.jpg
The constelation Orion is one of my favorites . That's because this was the first constelation i recognized years ago when i started this astronomy thing . It has special intrest when working with a telescope or even a pair of binoculars . One of the brightest deepsky objects is located in this constelation and it is visible even to the naked eye or with bino's if you live in the city . Look for the photo "M42-43 The orion nebula.jpg" in this folder .

Saturn and moons.jpg
This photo of saturnd and it's bright moons was taken with a small telescope and a monochrome firewire camera . The large oval blob is the saturn . I had to use longer exposure to make the moons pop out . The 3 smaller dots on the right of saturn are moons . They are from left to right : Tethys , Rhea and Titan .
